We have rules, to protect you and us, about how we ship things and what happens if you decide it isn't what you want or the wrong colour.

All Cactus products are warranted to the original owner against faulty materials or work personship for the life of the product. We repair or replace at our discretion. This warranty in no way limits your protection under relevant consumer protection legislation.

Due to the high costs of freighting, and credit card charging, any non warranty returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Freight is non-refundable, so if you need more details about colours, fabrics etc before you spend your hard earned dollars, drachmas or yen, just Email us.

Any credit card or bank account details sent to us are destroyed post transaction - we will never use your financial details without authorisation. All credit card details are sent through an SSL link ensuring complete security.

We will never give your details to a third party and you have the right to delete your account at any time.
