WK Supertrouser
The WK's are what we think may be some of the best work pants on the planet. These trousers are beautifully constructed from 12oz European polyester/cotton C-Canvas WK for durability, pockets in just the right places, and an articulated knee for freedom of movement. our testing has shown these to be a great item whether you are lounging in the sun at a music festival or house building through winter.
We’ve made a substan- tially greater size range thannormal, XXs through to XXl,so that no-one needs to miss out. When you get these you’ll be a little shocked by the stiffness of the fabric. Have faith – after a few wash and wear cycles they soften to something like thick soft denim – and they’ll stay that way for longer than any other pair of pants you’ll ever own; truly pants that wear in, not out.
Antelope is the darker of the two browns - a kinda nice chocolate colour.
- Proofed european 12oz C-Canvas WK is great to wear and will last for ages
- Articulated knee for tricky manoeuvres, be they building houses or a quick spot of bouldering
- Casual styling which won’t let you down in most social situations
- Bar-tacked at all stress points
- YKK zips because they’re the best
- Phone pocket for easy access to your digital companion
- Colours: Antelope (darker of the two browns), Beige, Ocean
- Fabric : Proofed European 12oz WK-Canvas
- Weight : 780grams
- Custom Length pants are available in all colours
- We try to hold stock however there may be a lead time of up to 6 weeks for some colours and sizes.
- Custom leg lengths are available from -10cm shorter to +10cm longer. The leg lengths of the standard WK's fit 95% of people just fine, but for those of you who need extra length, please specify this as part of the checkout procedure. It sets you back $15 extra, which just covers the cost of hemming them.
- Use mild detergent or pure soap (preferably one that's nice to the earth)
- Our canvas has a water resistant coating which can shift and discolour through the initial break in period
- For best results handwash until the garment is broken in machine washing is fine after this
- Drip dry without creases (it won't take long as the polyester in the fabric doesn't hold much water)
- Close zips while washing (they'll last longer)
- If you get attacked by a pig and the fabric gets holed while saving your reproductive potential send it back and we'll patch it

These pants are hardcore! Just received my 2nd pair of supertrousers thanks Cactus! I cannot praise these enough, the quality is truly exceptional (as
is the jacket and other stuff). I've barely taken off the 1st pair I ordered a couple of months ago so the only sensible thing to do was order
another! I wear them everywhere. Fishing, bushcrafting, shopping, going to town for drinks at pubs and clubs at night. They are literally beyond
superb! Words are not enough.

Review Posted by Cactus Customer Services - Email sent from John Driver
John says: "I bought my WK's from Small Planet about 2
years ago after reading a whole load of reviews. As an IT Manager I spend most of my days crawling under desks, floors and generally making a mess of
everything I wear. I can honestly say that the WK's are the most incredible trousers I have ever worn. Hardwearing, incredibly comfortable and great
looking. I pretty much live in them now and hate it when they are in the wash. Well done Cactus on a phenomenal product"

I love you Cactus. When I'm bashing through thick matagouri in my supertrousers and dupergaiters with my foray pack on my back, its good to know I'll
be sweet as. Unlike my mate with 100% nylon, who just took an expensive detour through the scrub.

I have had my Wk's for about 6 months and I love them!
Unlike most of the other reviews, I don't work in the outdoors, building sites, waste
work, quarry's etc... I have a soft desk job, but these puppies are still stylish enough to wear in the office (and out and about).
I
have used these on a number of photo shoots, and they have served me well when knealing in rocky puddles, heavy downpours, mud and tramping. They have
even kept me dry as a bone while everyone around me has been drenched.
I simply love these - my wife can't get me out of them. We are
moving to the UK in a few weeks, and I tried to convince her that I need a backup pair. She said I can only get some if I can tell her how these ones
would possibly wear out... unfortunately I cant think of a way to answer that - these are invincible!

Sarah (my GF) and I both have a pair of dreadnaught wks. They are quite simply the most awesome trousers and both of us are doing our best to put them
to the test. The only feature that would be handy is a second pocket on the back. Sarah was also stoked that you were able to extend the length of
hers (she’s 6ft 2) in such a short time.

Heaving huge blocks of rock into place, digging in the mud, driving tractors, skateboarding, climbing hundreds of metres of scratchy dolerite [just
hold off the epic high-steps for the first six months], then straight out on the town after a full days working in the dirt. Anyone say versatile?

Supertrousers indeed!

These pants are holding-up beautifully. I've had them for 2 years, and they are still in great shape: the stitching and fabric are both intact. I
especially appreciate the veratility of these pants. They've been my staple pair of trousers in a variety of places and climates. After using them
mainly in temperate and polar climates, I'm very pleased that they're equally useful for field work in the tropics. They are perfect for the times
when I can't wear shorts because of some of the hazards of being in the bush here.

I'm a carpenter and have ripped, worn the knees out, cut, painted, wiped glue on and generally chewed through so many different brands of work
jeans/pants over the years that I was fed up of buying pair after pair. After purchasing a pair of DK for street wear I also purchased a pair for work
and they are the hardest wearing, comfortable, strong pair of work pants ever worn on site, great product excellent for the trades, just the ducks
nuts in work wear

Our staff love these bad boys, no signs of them giving up the ghost yet after a year of abuse. Good work Cactus.

WK's - These puppies are tops! They are breaking in nicely. Now I need the other colour to prove I don't wear the same pants day in day out.

The BEST trousers ever to grace NZ, once the stiffness is over come you will neaver want to take these puppies off. The Cactus crew aint wrong when
they say these will last a life time. Coming onto 2 years and there still as strong as ever.

They might seem a bit stiff off the rack, but after a few washes and weeks of wear these are great! Comfortable, NZ Made and windproof on a Wellington
day, what more could you want?
