Sedition
Price: NZD216.00
The Sedition has been updated, with a new squarer shape and the addition of some new features, making it a versatile ski/snowboard day pack.
The Sedition is small enough to sit on your back out of the way while yoyo-ing the groomed on the lifts, yet big enough to take your jacket, water bladder, safety gear and food for the hike to the summit. Our proprietary Double Purchase board straps also function as ski carriers if you like mounting your skis base together on your pack. The side pocket takes your shovel handle, probe, or water bottle and the shovel blade panel on the front can act as a crampon patch if you add some shock cord.
- Internal Hydro sleeve to keep you going all day
- Shovel friendly design for avalanche safety. Or building kickers
- Double purchase board straps to securely clamp your fibreglass friend
- C-Lam harness with 38mm waist belt, top adjustable shoulder straps and and a sternum strap - all to keep things nice and secure while you are riding
- Internal stash pocket for those little on hill essentials
- Volume: 22 Litres
- Weight: 895 Grams
- Fabrics: C-1000n6, C-LAM
- Our pack fabrics have an internal water proof coating and an external DWR coating. For increased longevity of these coatings we do not recommend machine washing
- Brush dirt from the product while still dry
- Hand wash in cold or warm water using mild detergent or pure soap - preferably one that's nice to the earth
- Close zips while washing (they'll last longer), you can also lightly oil or wax zips periodically to increase their lifespan
- Drip dry without creases

7 years ago I purchased a sedition pack for $180. At the time I thought it was a lot to pay for a pack. Initially I was using it as a day trip
(backcountry) snowboarding pack - I did this for 4 back-to-back seasons. The pack has been all over the world with me - Hiking, Snowboarding, general
travel and so on...I still use it to this day - 7 years on and there is
not a thread out of place, the zips have never once jammed (and are
still as smooth as the day I got it). The only real wear effecting the performace of
the pack is the waterproofing which has disappeared over
time with use. I now find myself about to embark on another journey and will purchase
another pack (A new sedition). Just wanted to convey
my sentiments about what I think is the
worlds sturdiest pack!
