Our enduring, ultra light streamlined solution for mountain bike day trips, trail running in the hills, or everyday urban existence. The Zero is a unit you hardly know you’re wearing until you need it, and even so, it will consume just about anything you throw at it. The surprising capacity allows you to ensure you've got all the essentials for the day.

The Zero is our choice for longer rides like the karapoti, it'll take a full 3 litres of fluid, spare top, few meusli bars, pump and the essential spare tubes with ease.

  • Mesh phone/wallet/keys pocket for the daily essentials
  • Hydro sleeve bladder holder to keep you going up the last big hill of the day
  • C-aircell padded back and straps for comfort, and a 25mm waist belt to keep things stable
  • External shock cord for load compression and/or that extra item of clothing
  • Volume: 15 Litres
  • Weight: 410 Grams
  • Measurements: 440 x 220 x 140mm
  • Fabrics: C-210n6, C-600n6, Aircell
  • Our pack fabrics have an internal water proof coating and an external DWR coating. For increased longevity of these coatings we do not recommend machine washing
  • Brush dirt from the product while still dry
  • Hand wash in cold or warm water using mild detergent or pure soap - preferably one that's nice to the earth
  • Close zips while washing (they'll last longer), you can also lightly oil or wax zips periodically to increase their lifespan
  • Drip dry without creases

This thing is amazing!! I bought mine in NZ in 2000 and wore it every day while working on Cardrona. It's just big enough for gloves, beanie, goggles,
lunch etc. It's small enough not to get in the way, or get caught up on chairlifts. And the waistbelt keeps it snug against you when boarding. I
bought a camalbak type bladder for it and and it's the perfect day pack.

Since returning to Melbourne, I've used it everday for
cycling to and from work. It's now over 6 years old and still going strong.

Great design and just the right size! Awesome guys!!

I spent about a year looking for a good honest small pack for running. It's easy to find overweight, fiddly, multipocketed, rattly stuff (such as a
famous US brand sells) but a small, stable pack with just enough space for the necessities is another matter.

The Zero is just right -
small but perfectly formed; a secure pocket, a 2l sized reservoir slot, and a stable harness. It's half the weight of some others of a similar size
and is not going to wear out this decade.

It does have rattly zips though - jangling about when running - but these are easily removed
with pliers and some static cord knotted through. Makes for a much more relaxed companion on those Porthill pootles. And if the rubber ring busts for
the hydro hose some additional fiddling will be needed.

Otherwise - just good design and no overdesigned twiddly bits. Good stuff.
